Privacy Notice

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email, phone or WeChat ID, company name and country, together with the operating conditions and notes you supply. If you attach a drawing or model, that file is stored with the enquiry so our engineering team can evaluate it.

2. Why, and on what legal basis

Under the GDPR the legal bases are: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, improving our products and services, and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). You may withdraw consent for any processing based on legitimate interests at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

3. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for up to three years afterwards so that we can service repeat orders and answer technical questions. After that period the data is deleted.

4. Recipients

Enquiry data is accessed by our sales and engineering staff and is stored with Cloudflare as a data processor. We do not sell enquiry data to third parties.

5. International transfers

Submitting an enquiry means your data is processed by us in China. We reduce cross-border exposure through Cloudflare data residency and access controls. Under the governing service contract, responsibility for cross-border data-transfer compliance decisions rests with the customer.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within one month.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

If this notice changes we will update this page and revise the effective date.
