A perfluoroelastomer manufacturer in Xingtai, China, selling under the Euderzr® material brand. We compound our own grades and mould them into O-rings, oil seals, gaskets and custom profiles.

We control the compound, not just the mould
Most sealing suppliers buy a finished compound and mould it. Our OM-series compounds are formulated in-house, which is what lets us hold a temperature range from −42 °C to +320 °C across seven grades — and answer a grade question with a formulation decision rather than a catalogue lookup.
Compounding, moulding, post-cure and dimensional inspection sit in the same workshop. That matters for two reasons: a custom profile can be tooled without a third party in the chain, and a batch can be traced from compound to shipped part.

What we do in-house
Compounding
Perfluoroelastomer base and curing system checked against specification before compounding; each OM grade has a fixed formulation.
Moulding
Compression and injection moulding to standard sizes or a customer drawing, with process dimensional checks.
Post-cure
Staged post-cure drives off residual volatiles and develops the final crosslinked network — not an optional finishing step.
Inspection & traceability
Dimensional, hardness and compression-set inspection; the batch is identified from compound through to the shipped part.
What we do differently
High temperature resistance
Seven grades spanning −42 °C to +320 °C. OME7505 is rated for continuous 300–320 °C service, with every figure quoted against its ASTM method and condition.
Chemical resistance
A fully fluorinated backbone with no C–H bonds: resistance to acids, bases, ketones, esters, amines and oxidisers where FKM would swell or harden.
Plasma resistance
OMS70S is the transparent ultra-high-purity grade for O₂ and fluorine-based plasma, specified for etch, ashing and chamber sealing.
Low outgassing
High-purity grades are measured to ASTM E595 with TML ≤ 0.1 % and CVCM ≤ 0.01 % targets, and can be supplied cleanroom-packed.
High purity
Low-metal-ion OMS7102 for etch and CVD, with extractables control and grade-specific test reports available on request.
Custom sealing
Moulded to your drawing or sample — flexible order quantities, samples from one piece, and rapid tooling to shorten the design-to-sample cycle.
