Custom FFKM Seals
Custom-moulded FFKM profiles from your drawing or sample — flexible order quantities, rapid tooling.
Non-standard sealing geometry is often the only way to improve yield or extend maintenance intervals in an existing tool. Our engineering team works from a customer groove drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample to define material, hardness, tolerance and surface finish.
Custom parts are moulded rather than cut, so complex profiles, bonded assemblies and non-standard hardness or colour are all feasible.
