FFKM O-Rings

Standard and custom FFKM O-rings for semiconductor, chemical and high-temperature service.

FFKM O-Rings
Standard and custom FFKM O-rings for semiconductor, chemical and high-temperature service.

XINCHEN FFKM O-rings are moulded from our own OM-series perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compounds. With a fully fluorinated backbone, no C–H bonds remain in the polymer main chain, which gives the compound its broad chemical inertness and high thermal stability.

O-rings are available in AS-568 (imperial dash) and ISO 3601 (metric) size systems, and can be moulded to a customer drawing where a standard size does not fit the groove.

Key characteristics

  • Operating range from −42 °C to +320 °C depending on grade
  • Compression set 16–23 % (ASTM D395 Method B, 25 % deflection, per-grade conditions)
  • Hardness 70–90 Shore A (ASTM D2240)
  • AS-568 and ISO 3601 standard sizes, plus custom tooling
  • Flexible order quantities — samples from a single piece, low-volume production supported
