FFKM Gaskets

Sheet-cut and moulded FFKM gaskets for flanges, chambers and viewports.

FFKM Gaskets
Sheet-cut and moulded FFKM gaskets for flanges, chambers and viewports.

FFKM gaskets are used where a static, large-diameter or non-circular seal is required — flange joints, chamber doors, viewports and equipment covers. Gaskets can be die-cut from FFKM sheet or moulded as a finished profile.

For metal-to-metal joints under high temperature, moulded gaskets with controlled compression stops are preferred; for lower-pressure joints, sheet-cut gaskets offer fast turnaround.

Key characteristics

  • Die-cut sheet and moulded gasket options
  • Circular, rectangular and profiled geometries
  • Low compression set maintains sealing load at elevated temperature
  • Suitable for vacuum, chemical and high-temperature joints
  • Selection guidance on compression stops and groove fill
